Easy Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Makes 1.5 lbs of dough (enough for 2 pizzas)


1 cup + 2 tbsp warm water
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp quick rising yeast


Pour wet ingredients in the bottom of break maker bucket.

Add salt, sugar and flour. Create a small well in the flour with a spoon. Pour yeast into well.

Turn bread machine onto dough setting. (so it doesn’t bake)

After bread machine has completed (approx 1.5hrs) roll dough onto a floured surface.

If you want a thinner crust, use half the dough and freeze the other half in a freezer bag for later use.
